White Noise

Straddling minimalism and exuberance, the “White Noise” collection of furniture and lighting captivates with its curved lines and mineral textures. It is the work of the artist and designer duo Clémence Mars and Thomas Lelouch, both graduates of the École des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Each piece, seeming to emerge from the earth, helps sketch the contours of a lunar or desert landscape and to grasp this imaginary place unfolding fluidly in space. Smooth and immaculate, the whiteness of the handcrafted materials, including polished plaster, adds to this sense of lightness and subtle sensuality.
